Each year, the Las Palmas Resort HOA designates an exclusive number of Annual Limited Memberships to be made available to business owners/managers and vacation rental owners and managers in the surrounding area. Current memberships include the following resorts: Estancia Resort, The Lofts, The Cottages, Sports Village, Pelican Hills and private vacation rental homes in the area. Each Commercial Membership comes with a limit of up to 10 guests per day. Additional guests may be admitted for a temporary daily membership fee of $5.00 per person.
